  • Where are Idahope shirts made?
    We are proud and honored to say our shirts for a cause are designed and printed right here in Boise, Idaho.
  • Can I cancel or change my order after its placed?
    Cancellations and order modifications are not guaranteed and can only be made during business hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm MST). If you need to make any changes to your order after it's placed, please email us ASAP at: ask@idahope.com
  • How will my new Idahope shirt be shipped?
    Products are shipped via USPS First Class mail unless otherwise specified.
  • Does Idahope ship internationally?
    Yes! You can view our international shipping policy by click here.
  • Can I return my shirt if I don't like it?
    As each sale allocates a contribution to a specific nonprofit organization, we cannot accept returns of our goods. To review our Returns and Exchanges Policy please click here.
  • My shirt is damaged or defective. What do I do?
    If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us at ask@idahope.com immediately. We will be happy to replace it. Please review our Returns and Exchanges Policy here for more info.
  • How do I carry Idahope Shirts at my business?
    For retailers interested in wholesale or selling our products, please click here and complete the form.
  • Will I be charged tax at check out?
    There are no additional charges at check out for sales tax. All of our prices include 6% sales tax.
